According to a recent study, 77% of buyers purchased their home with the help of a Realtor. That being said, I market directly to other Realtors by getting them through your front door! I try to market all of my listings with a Realtor open house, which attracts many of the area’s top Realtors. By seeing your property first hand, Realtors can better describe it to their buyers, and it stays .
A caravan is a showing method employed by listing agents where other fellow real estate agents are invited into a home that is up for sale. Caravan is exclusive for Realtors only. The agent open house allows Realtors to preview homes for prospective clients. It’s also a great way for us to get feedback on price and décor.

A key and often-overlooked aspect of selling a home is getting feedback from agents who have shown the property.
